Top round of beef, turkey breast, honey cured ham, assorted cheeses, relish tray (pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion, fresh fruit) homemade pasta or potato salad and potato chips.

Assorted Carriage House Gourmet Sandwiches
Top Round of Beef, Turkey Breast and Honey Cured Ham, White Tuna Salad Shrimp salad available for an additional $2.00 per person.

Plan 3
Homemade Shrimp Salad, White Tuna Salad and All White Chicken Salad
Served over a bed of greens and cheddar, smoked gouda and muenster cheeses, black olives, tomatoes, eggs, fresh fruit display and fresh baked bread.

Plan 4
Fettuccine and Tortellini Pastas with Alfredo, Marinara and Pesto Sauces
With a fresh steamed medley of vegetables. Served with fresh baked loaves of bread and garden salad with assorted dressings.

Roasted Top Round of Beef
Over Red Pepper Pilaf with Mushroom Madeira Sauce, fresh steamed vegetables.
Chicken Primavera
Chicken breast over pasta with parmesan cream sauce and fresh steamed vegetables.
